Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, and your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel (UK)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
We offer a return window of 14 days from delivery, matching the statutory minimum above.
How to return an item
- Email us at team@ohbabybear.co.uk with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item.
- We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Send the item back in a resaleable condition, ideally in its original packaging. Keep your proof of postage.
Return postage: You cover the cost of return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 5 to 10 days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are refunded in line with your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you β a repair, replacement, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Baby products: hygiene, safety and condition
Because these items are used with babies and young children, please return them unused where you can, with all parts, tags and original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, assembled in a way that cannot be reversed, or that show signs of wear may be refunded at a reduced amount to reflect the loss in value. Prams, pushchairs, high chairs and walkers should be returned fully folded or disassembled in their original box, as a product sent back loose is very likely to be damaged in transit.
Safety first: if you believe an item is unsafe or has failed in use, stop using it straight away and contact us.
